What are your “outdoor events” specifically?
Our outdoor events, for the general public or businesses, are immersive and experiential events where people meet in atypical and natural places to recharge their batteries and experience well-being cut off from civilization. In other words, it's getting out of dusty conference rooms to work on yourself in the great outdoors. Instead of passively listening to experts for 3 hours, you live experiences that reveal your true blockages and hidden resources. The idea? When you step outside your usual environment, your brain unlocks. A mountain hike reveals your relationship with a challenge, a bivouac demonstrates your adaptability, an orienteering course uncovers your leadership style. It's more intense, more revealing, and it fits perfectly with our philosophy: learning through experience rather than theory.
What is the difference with a classic team building?
A typical team building exercise often consists of two hours of "fun" activities that don't address the team's real challenges. Our immersive experiences last from two to eight days and tackle the real issues.
Traditional team building:
Fun activities disconnected from work
Back to the office = back to old habits
Focus on “fun” without deep transformation
Our experiences:
Challenges that reveal true team dynamics
In-depth debriefing and concrete action plan
Lasting impact on collaboration
Example: Instead of going tree climbing, we take you to Africa to sleep in the desert.
Is it accessible to everyone or do you have to be athletic?
Our experiences are suitable for all levels! The goal isn't to turn you into Bear Grylls, but to gradually and safely push you out of your comfort zone.
Beginner level: Easy hikes, comfortable bivouacs, suitable challenges
Intermediate level: More technical courses, progressive autonomy
Expert Level: Extreme expeditions, survival challenges
The idea: Learn through experience. We always adapt the program to suit each participant. A team of accountants won't have the same experience as a team of field salespeople. Likewise, if you're a group of friends looking for an unusual experience, our stag and hen parties are ideal for offering you an experience that combines challenges, travel, and nature getaways.
